Size Selection & Exchange Option
We do not provide free exchanges for incorrect size choices. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer. The replacement item will only be dispatched once the returned product is received in its original condition and packaging.
Defective or Damaged Items & Missing Components
If you receive a damaged item or an order with missing components, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a parcel opening video as proof.
This video must be recorded in one continuous shot, from the moment you open the parcel, clearly showing the issue. Without this video proof, we will not be able to process your request.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The item must be unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
- Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
- Once verified, we will offer a suitable resolution — such as a replacement or store credit.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with a parcel opening video as proof. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you after verification.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure that all order details — including size, color, and shipping information — are correct before completing your purchase.
Color Accuracy
We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions or screen settings.
Sunlora cannot guarantee an exact color match between the product image and the physical item.
Non-Refundable Policy
All purchases made from Sunlora are final and non-refundable.
